Poor Service, Poor Communication, No Accountability!

I have supported Minuteman Press Lynnwood with several orders in the past, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. Their usual process — sending an email with confirmation and a payment link once a job is ready — was not followed. I was assured my order would be ready on Friday, yet final confirmation and the payment link only came through on Monday.

Because of this delay, I lost out on an important marketing opportunity at an event, as I did not have the branding materials my business needed. This is not just an inconvenience — it directly affected my business visibility and growth.

What is most concerning is that, even after escalating the matter to management Ruhan Botha, there was no accountability or corrective action. As a client, I expected professionalism, consistency, and respect for my time. Instead, I was left frustrated and at a loss.

This has left me questioning whether Minuteman Press Lynnwood values its customers at all.
