Bad Service

Very Bad Customer Service. I wanted to have a picture enlarged and for a memorial poster. The level of disinterest was overwhelming, even after multiple e-mails and phone calls - no assistance. Staff incompetency is very high and they could not assist with basic queries. Would definitely not recommend
