Rude employees

Two weeks ago (29 Jan 2016) we had a document printed at Minuteman Press in Jeanlen centre Centurion. The lady who helped us were quite rude, swearing at one of the black employees working there. Her children was also in the shop and she kept on shouting at them while she was attending to our matter. It got so bad that we started feeling uncomfortable and felt sorry for the children. On 10 Feb 2016 we had to print the exact same document again, we just altered a date on it. The document was printed and it looked different than the one they printed 2 weeks ago. We had the original document there as an example, which I showed them before they printed the new one. I asked them to please redo it, I will even pay for it again as I needed the document to look exactly the same as the previous one. The lady kept on telling me she can't change it, even though she didn't even try. I tried phoning later to speak to the manager as I couldn't believe the way that the ladies there handled the situation. They took a message and said the manager would contact me. As I didn't hear anything from the manager I phoned again and the lady who answered dropped the phone.
