So last week i was busy with my son's school project that i needed to print out once i was i done designing it on my laptop. I'm closest to Minuteman Press Jean Avenue, so i mailed them to find out how much it would cost to print out the document in colour, the gentleman i communicated with said it would be R3.50 per colour page, and even cheaper if i have more to print out. Fast forward to yesterday, I went to the same store and I was assisted by Sayed, who then said to me a colour print out would be R6.00 each and if i email it to him to print out it would be R30.00 for just emailing hi,m, as this was not an internet cafe. I feel like because there was no receipt, no invoice, he probably took the money for himself, so he comes to work everyday to rob people out of they're money. Any normal printing company receives artwork from its clients all the time, via email. Nowhere have they ever said it is to an added service to email to them. I'm appalled by they're service.
