Terrible! Appalling!

<p>I guess if you're not a company or a business your services aren't really needed. Sent my bible in for cover repairs 2 weeks ago! No communication, no nothing and yet it's STILL not done. I guess a reguarly person like me isn't much worth to you guys!! How sad!</p>
