Service?

I have to say I am very disapointed with the service of Minuteman Press in Westlake

I placed an order for business cards to be printed, they let me know they would notify me. A week and a half later they're still silent, I swing by to check whats up only to find out they haven't done anything yet and messed up my order as well.

I then patiently corrected them and left. Another week and a half passed and I phone to check up again, only to hear that STILL nothing has been done nor printed but that it will be done first thing the next morning.

I then swing past the shop to pick up the cards that was promised, only to be told yet again that nothing has happened because they've been "busy". They then gave me another false promise that it would be done the next day...

As I so hopefully show up the next day again, I get fed the same line again and again.

Please tell me how my order from more than 3 weeks ago is not important? Apparently delivering services in a "timely fashion" is just decoration for your company profile. I will never again deal business with them again. This is unprofessional and they can expect to never see me again.

If you value your business and how it's presented professionally, please go somewhere else as your order will probably also be forgotten.
