Regretful last visit

I am not usually someone who complains easily however I am utterly dissapointed in the service I received here. I have been a customer to the Montana branch for over a couple of years and never have I ever been treated in such a rude manner. At first the waiting times in a non peak business hours are terrible. I was assisted fast but to actually have the staff member attend to my query took nearly 20 minutes. I had already done most of the work I just needed my printouts to be done. Gave the measurements of each item had labelled each pdf according to my measurements and was told the following day I would receive my quote. Next day no quote. After following up it was sent the day after the initial promised date. I was satisfied with the outlined quote and had gone in back to the branch personally to pay the amount. After paying the quoted amount I was informed that the amount was only the deposit. I was shocked as it was not disclosed ahead of time. Since no work had been done or physically printed and therefore I requested a refund as I could simply not believe afford the ridiculous amount that was given as It was not what I agreed to. I was refused and informed that they would credit me for future purposes in my printing. I declined to ever conduct business here again and upon insisting for the manager to see me they made me wait nearly 20 minutes. The man who assisted me kept on telling me the manager would be out shortly waiting yet 15 more minutes and after complaining about waiting so long yet once again I was approached. Told to take my money and leave.

I honestly can not believe this is how a business treats paying and loyal customers. I will never set foot near this branch or company after this experience. My complaints are not being handled seriously. Prices went through the roof, customers are not being treated like customers and waiting times are not worth supporting.
