No effort in giving feedback

Its frustrating to have to be ignored by a business for simple things. I requested for a quotation of a service they offer but was left hanging even after following up. I even took the time to go back to their office to ask why there was no feedback to my email and they seemed to no care about my concerns, disappointing.
