Pathetic service from Minuteman Press Montana.

Ordered (and paid in full) delivery note books on 11/01. I confirmed telephonically that it will be ready by 23/01. On 23/01 I was informed of a delay in paper delivery and that the order will be ready by midday 25/01. This was again change to 17h00 on 25/01. From then it was radio silence so I decided to go to the shop on 28/01 8h00. Guess what? Order still not ready and promised that it will be ready in 30 minutes. Go back to the shop 40 minutes later, and the order is still not ready.
