Lamimation went bad

I recently graduated from University and I recieved an A3 size certificate. This morning I decided that I must go and print a A4 size in colour and laminate both of the certificates. Aim being to frame the big certificate A3 and use the A4 when need arises. I went to a well established company by the name of Minuteman press in germiston expecting nothing but the best quality but now I even regret going there in the first place. <br> <br> Original certificate A3 was burnt in machine as they were laminating it. The lady who was assisting me said that I must contact the university and ask how much it is to reprint and if it is possible to get it in the same size. <br> <br> I then contacted the university to inequire about 'reprinting' a new A3 Btech Certificate and they said it is not possible in A3 size, only possible in A4 size and it costs R211.<br> <br> I then spoke to Hennie Groenewald who is the big boss there and he said they is nothing the company can do because it is a fault of machine not them and he won't pay anything for the damaged. <br> <br> Why provide service which you can't take full responsibility when your people and equipment make mistakes and faults. I'm sitting with no original certificate now.
