Failure to Design a Company Logo

I went to the Minuteman Press Centurion office on 1 April 2016 to request that they design a logo for my newly registered company. I submitted a template I had created and I was promised that I will receive it by 4 April 2016 or, at the latest, 8 April 2016.<br> <br> Nothing was given to me on the week ending 8 April 2016 despite numerous calls made to the company during the week to request an update. All I was told was that Nobuhle is busy with other clients and will call me that. I received no call back. I then went to Minuteman Press Centurion offices on 8 April 2016 and Nobuhle confirming how busy she was during the week that she had no time for my logo. <br> <br> She then promised me to design my logo on 9 April 2016 (Saturday) but to date I have received nothing. This morning, 13 April 2016 (12 days later) I called the company to stop with the service. I can only hope that my template will not be used to create logos for other companies.<br> <br> <br> <br>
