Disgusting service minute man press pinetown

I handed in my printing last week Tuesday , was sent a quote which I accepted and paid . I advised the salesperson that I do require the prints urgently . On Friday I was contacted on watsapp by the salesperson , asking me for amendments etc in order to get the beat print , as he was busy with my work at that point . I arranged with my designer and resent the artwork to him as he requested and he said he was busy sorting . I never heard from him again . I texted him again today and he said he was busy with it and would revert . I called the store when I did not hear from him and they said he never came to work . I was shocked , asked to speak to a manager who was extremely adversarial , accuse me of lying and said the board I wanted wasn’t even ordered . Extremely ****** and rude , adversarial and not solution driven . Worst company I have ever come accross . They can keep my payment , disgusting, lying , dishonest and ********* people
