Clearly they don't need any business

Ordering business cards is in one word challenging. In September 2017 I attempted to order business cards off the MinuteMan website, it was not accepting credit cards. After contacting the store I was advised they looking into it. 2 weeks past and I ordered from another company. On Jan 29th my cards were running out so I contacted them again as they are next to my gym (easy I thought), the card facility had been corrected without any notification as they promised the previously. I ordered and paid for my cards on Monday receiving an automated email stating they will contact me when the order is ready. Today (Thursday) I contacted them as I had not heard from them to track progress to be rep**** to stating "They Ready". I have no idea how long they have been ready for and this company clearly works on a zero effort we don't need business model. As I have paid for my cards I will use them one time only, hey MinuteMan retaining a customer is so much easier than anding new business, especially in your industry.
