Acting like a 6 year old.

<p>Just to clarify this is the Minuteman Press in Newton Park, Port Elizabeth, I couldnt find it on the listing.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I had sent a brief enquiry to the team at Minuteman Press, asking about pricing for printing onto some T-shirts. The next morning I had reieved a reply from Mr Mike du Toit, who is apparently the owner, asking me to provide him with some more information about the prints I want. he gave me a long list which in my reply i had answered every question in a detailed paragraph as well as included 2 attatched images of the design. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then recieved a very blunt email with no formalities, just straight forwared asking me to please reply on his email below each line of questioning ( as you will see in the images below). I, not wanting to waste my time, couldnt understand why he couldn't just get all the information from the email i had previously sent him ( it was all there) so i thanked him for his time but said i would be taking my business elsewhere where they arnt too lazy to read a paragraph to answer their qustions. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then get a very rude email back from him, saying that i am the lazy one and asking me a question that i had already answered. I was now at boiling point as this man knows nothing about how one should treat a customer. so I snap back at him saying that i had already given him that answer and that i had found another company who doesnt waste my time and isnt rude. After this he rep**** with an email that I gnored saying that i should learn how to treart my fellow men, i felt this was quite obsured. </p> <p> </p> <p>But you be the judge, all the emails will be attatched for your reading pleasure, im just glad i could get this off my chest and let other people know that they dont have to put up with poor and *********** service.</p> <p> </p> <p>P.S. sorry for the low quality image, its th best i could do, but atleast it is readable. </p>
