Anyone seeking to rent, please don’t consider MINUET COMPLEX in Midrand (Noordwyk) owned by AFCHO

There are atleast 2 break ins per month.. the tenants concerns are never addressed. The security guards are close to useless, the electric fence does not work 24/7, the doors (both kitchen & sliding) are easily tempered with, security control office number goes on voicemail, the ******* ALWAYS ALWAYS get away, it’s insane.

Tenants having been fighting for their families lives, it’s so not fair. That time AFCHO sends threatening letters about rent (lawyers) even if uv paid and it hasn’t reflected on their side.
