Horrible service and experience

Gerald sold me a defective Nexen tyre, I have been inflating the tire over the two weeks I bought and I thought maybe my rim was damaged.little did I know that the tire had a small invisible hole on the side.now they claim there was an impact on the tire hence the hole. What a horrible experience from this Mintys.
