Wheel alignment (rip-off) “modifications”

On the 7th of June 2019, my wife and I bought two run flat tyres at Mintys The Glen. We paid for wheel alignment as well. The wheel alignment technician called us to show me how the toe and camber were (which were out of alignment by just over a degree). He then proceeded to tell us that he was done with the alignment, and that now our camber and toe require a “modification” that is going to cost us extra for (not knowing that we are both mechanical and electrical engineers) that this is when my wife requested for a manager (Ramesh). This is when the fun began, Ramesh confirmed the “diagnosis”, to which we asked him what does modifications mean; does tightening and untightening of bolts qualify as modifications. The anger and attitude we were given by this man trying to take us for a ride, was out of this world. Ramesh told the technician to do us a favor and perform the “modifications” for “free”, but only for the rear wheels. In simple terms we were expected to pay for wheel alignment twice.
