Terrible service

On Friday the 14th March I went to Monty’s tyres in Randburg to get my tyres fitted. Firstly I arrived there and only left after 5pm. I specifically called in the day before to request for a quotation. I was then given one for continental and one for Good years. I requested for Good years to be fitted in. Upon arriving I saw they were wheeling out continentals and I confirmed with the sales man by the name of Shaun that I requested for good years, he assured me that the continentals were the ones we agreed on. I proceeded to ask him the 2nd time and he insisted yes continentals were the ones on special. Come the time to pay I am told no the continentals are the more expensive ones and I needed to come back the following day to get them changed. I told them the reason I asked numerous times was because I was avoiding this same situation. They the. Insisted I drive with these tyres but they would need me to come back on Monday so they can change them. I am so appalled by their terrible service and them letting me drive out in tyres that were also not pumped correctly. Each tyre had a different tyre pressure and the car was swaying as I was driving. Had to take it in to Audi to get it sorted
