Terrible service

Two weeks after dealing with this company and I am still waiting for feedback on extra work that I required from them. Called the branch in question and got major attitude. Phoned the head office and the people dealing with the complaints are never available and do not return calls when leaving messages. Terrible service from branch and head office. I will never deal with Minty's again!!
