Shocking service

I took my car in to replace a tyre that had burst, they put in a new tyre, drove on the n1 from Randburg to Eldorado Park and just before the golden highway offramp and that Tyre too burst. I didn't encounter a pothole, the tyre burst on its own. I was scared to stop on the road given all the Genderbased Violence against women and all the cased of women being found dead on the side of the road. Stopped at viking and one of the workers there assisted me with changing my tyre.

I called Mintys Randburg immediately where I had purchased the tyre and the guy was very rude and not very helpful. I took the tyre in and he refuses to replace the tyre. He took the tyre in to get tested and I have not heard from them since. I keep calling and I am met with attitude each time, the service is horrific and will never buy anything from them again!

The guy blames me for the tear in the tyre and says it's because I drove with a flat tyre and that's the reason it tore-my question then is how did the tyre burst if the tear was caused by my driving it when flat? They need to replace my tyre so I can move on and don't have to engage with them ever again.
