Pure incompetence!

Minty's is the distributor of Nexen Tyres in South Africa. When our Nexen tyres on our new Fiat Ducato was out of round (basically ready to burst at any moment) after only 11,000km, we reported them as faulty. Minty's inspected our tyres, and said that our new vehicle's rims were buckled. We went to Tiger Wheel & Tyre to have the tyres and rims replaced. TW&T said that the rims could not have caused the tyres to go out of round, and the rims need not be replaced.
