Poor service from Bilal at Minty’s Randburg

Bilal from Minty’s Randburg, is not client centric , Minty’s should send him to be trained . My engagement with Fatima from their Veeringing branch was professional and client centric . We bought 4 ‘new ‘ Bridgestone tyres from Minty’s After one day of driving the tyre went flat . We took it back to Minty’s, they said they will send it for assessment to Bridgestone , it took them 10 Days to get back to us .All the other tyres they fitted is also losing pressure. Bilal is clearly a reputation risk to Minty’s.
