Poor product quality and bad customer service

I bought four brand new tyres from mintys on 2020/10/21 and a week later one of the tyres got a cut on the sidewall I went back 2020/10/31 and they claimed negligence I then had to replace, a week later 2020/11/07 the same replacement tyre got a bubble and a cut on the same spot they also claimed negligence and rejected my claim, I went and check the comments on those tyres and most clients experienced the same problem within days, mintys website claims that Nexen tyres are designed for any road hazards especially potholes and I never hit any pothole, 2020/11/12 I had to replace another tyre... please help me.
