No stock of Toyo tyre means i must purchase a different brand - poor stock management

I bought Toyo T1 Sport tyres from Mintys. These tyres have been good. However i hit a pothole and one tyre was damaged. I contacted Mintys for another tyre and now they don't bring that one into SA. This means i need to buy 2 tyres as no one else that i could find brings in Toyo. People warned me that if i buy tyres from Mintys, i may experience this problem of no stock. So even though Mintys prices for the Toyo were competitive and their service was very good, the end result is that i have to buy two tyres and i wont buy Toyo again in SA. I will buy tyres that other dealers sell just in case i need a single tyre again. Mintys should have kept some stock for people who have their Toyo tyres and need a replacement.
