No protective wear

I had my tyres fixed yesterday at the branch on Gordon Road. While I was waiting, I noticed that the reception/waiting area, was right in the middle of the workshop, without having some sort of protective barrier between the two to block out noise. Since the equipment sometimes produce loud noises, it is quite worrisome that the salesmen/clients are exposed to this harmful noises without the necessary preventative measures put into place. Even the workmen weren't wearing protective earwear. Just as protective clothes need to be worn, I think Mintys need to look into protection before damage occurs.
