Mintys website review

This is not review on any store as they are very hospitable, This bad review is for their website as it is not user friendly at all.

these are a few of the issues I have 1)I am unable to find the size I am looking for or even choosing what size I would need, all the site has is the description on tires.

2)i am unable to know the prices as they are not given...not even an indication of what the prices might be.

All that's given on the site is information about the tires and the branches available and that's it. Sure its nice that minty would give me a call but that's not guaranteed or they might give me a call when am busy as I usually am during the day.

when I have time I am unable to check the prices of tires via the mintys website. When I entered the Mintys website all it felt like was an online Wikipedia for tires rather than an online store where I could get an indication if they have stock of the tires I and rims I need or how much I would be spending on them.

The competitors websites are so much more fluid as I entered Tiger wheel and tyres website I was immediately given an indication on how much I would be spending on tires and rims.This goes for Dunlop as well as Malas.

It such a shame as we are entering a world full of online sourcing and online purchasing Mintys is still backwards in 2008 where I would receive a call days later.

Kindly update me if you as a business choose to upgrade your online store on *** as i am curious because I absolutely love Mintys and have supported them throughout most of my life.

If no contact is given by the 5th of June i will unfortunately be moving to another brand along with 4 of my other cars as well as my word of mouth which will negatively impact your company and positively impact your direct competition.
