Mintys Tyres Pta Incorrect Wheel Alignment

On the 11th of November I bought 2 new tyres for my car from Mintys tyres, cnr Visagie and Bosman streets in Pretoria, who also set the wheel alignment. On 23 November I drove to Mossel Bay and my car pulled all the way to the left side. I initially thought it is because of the wind but to make sure I had the wheel alignment checked in Mosselbay who discovered that the settings were badly out of specs with the result that all 4 tyres had excessive wear for the kilometers travelled after the incorrect wheel alignment was done. When I phoned Mintys they admitted that many clients also complained about the left pulling of the their cars after the wheel alignment was set and that they will arrange for the resetting of their machine. Because of the excessive wear on all 4 tyres for the distance travelled It was estimated that about R785.25 damage was done to it. I then claimed reimbur*****t of the wheel alignment fee and compensation for the damage done to the tyres (785.25) but Mintys only refunded me for the wheel alignment fee. Actually it is more than triple this claimed amount because the tyres are now unevenly worn which causes a shorter life span. I am of the opinion that Mintys should reimburse me with the amount of R785.25 because their faulty machine is the sole cause of the damage.
