Mintys Tyres Greenstone - Terrible Service

Hello, fitted 2 x front tyres on my Polo Vivo on 3 July 2024

1st problem - cover removal tool, the staff member just opened my boot and searching for it. I told him that he cannot just open the boot without my consent and he should ask me, what if I had valuables or private items in the boot.

2nd problem - The staff Balancing takes short cuts, if not 0-0, maybe 0-5 or 5-0, he puts the tyre on the car. You definitely coming back for re-balancing.

3rd problem - The staff doing Alignment, not a happy guy, rude and blames either the wheels or customer when you go back if there is a issue with the alignment or steering direction.

Mintys to need provide proper training to their staff and managers and provide a professional service. Nobody got time to go back for re-balancing or alignment issues.

I hope the service at Greenstone branch improves. I don't see myself going there again or recommending anyone to go to that branch.
