Minty's and Nexen Tyres

I bought 4 nexen tyres ( 225/40/R19) in December 2019 from Minty's Midrand, by the 25th December I already 3 tyres burst and rims damaged for hitting minor potholes on the roads I travel regularly. I reported the incident to Minty's but they siad I have to replace the tyres at my own costs. I will never buy nexen tyres on use Minty's again.
