incorrect price given and damaged my rims

I went to mintys in midrand to fit 4 tyres on my car, u asked for a price all inclusive (fitment, balancing, nitrogen, new valves and alignment and was given a price. When it was time to pay, I was charged R200 more when I queried it, the charge was apparently for alignment which I asked for in the initial quote. Futher to that, my rims were scratched and they don't want to take responsibility and denied them damaging it.
