Extremely bad service at Mintys Randburg

I bought two tyres and requested the older front wheels to be moved from the front to the back in order to add the new tyres in the front. I recently had a tyre puncture and really struggled to change my tyre I even requested the garage staff to assist but struggled to change the tyre as it was extremely difficult to remove as Mintys had made it too tight. I was able to drive home and asked Mintys manager Shane to send one person to remove the tyre and he first said he will send someone and later said no he doesn’t have a car, I told him I will pay for transportation and he later said no he can not send someone from his staff. By the way I live only 7 minutes from Mintys Randburg. So once they have your money you are of no use to them and God forbid you hit a pothole you will struggle to change your tires if they put them on for you.
