Bad service!!!

Took my car for wheel alignment a and rotation at Mintys just before lockdown. Realized that my mini tool box was ****** from my vehicle, after the lockdown i went to mintys to ask them about my mini tool box and tthat im requesting permission to see the cctv footage. The guy was assisting me told me that his employees would never ***** from anyone and that i should leave my details and he will provide me feedback on monday( i went friday 12 June 2020) a week later, still no feedback!!
