Alignment and Balancing = Theft & Damage!

Thursday 3rd March 2016 my car was taken to Mintys Tyres by the dealer i purchased it from for rotation of tyres, alignment and balancing. When the car was returned there were scratches on my rim and there was a terrible vibration that wasnt there iniatally. A tyre that was supposedly plugged at Mintys still had a slow leak, valve capps ******! I called Mintys the following day i was greeted by Shaz the receptionist and told her exactly what had transpired. She advised that she will speak to her Manager and i immediately asked to speak to him directly, After holding on, i was told that he was busy with a customer and would call me back. About half an hour later i was called by Shaz who advised that the manager will not speak to me and that i must liaise with Jeethen the dealer who took the car in. After consulting with Jeethen who advised that the manager of Mintys claims that the scratches on my rim was old and can not assist in repairing it. on saturday i took the car to another tyre shop and the guy there advised that my Spikkets had been removed, the tyres werent balanced and the alignment was off. I spent a further R600 to repair the damage caused at Mintys! Dont go to Mintys
