Placed an order via email, paid & order was never delivered. Numerous calls made. Woman kept pretending to not hear me or said she would get back to me but nothing! Definitely ****mers!!!

There were a number of red flags throughout my interaction with this company. I regularly place orders with suppliers, and from the very beginning, something didn't feel right. I received a large amount of documentation that I had never requested, and I was repeatedly pressured to place an order within 24 hours, as every quotation and invoice appeared to have a 24-hour validity period. I also drove to the collection address that was provided, but I was unable to find the business at that location. When I raised my concerns and asked for clarification, instead of addressing my questions, I was met with accusations and was told they would cancel my order—even though I had not actually placed one yet. Based on my personal experience, there were simply too many warning signs for me to feel comfortable proceeding. I would encourage anyone considering doing business with them to carry out their own due diligence before making any payment or commitment.

I was ****med by them. provided conformation of bank account. Cipc registration document, BEEE certificate, no response to phone calls or email, with a website with a live chat. I paid in full, collection address does not exist. 3 other complaints of similar nature.
