Pathetic service

I paid deposit on 23th of Jan 2025,i gave them grace to deliver at end of Jan.End of Jan they told me another client had more stuff than he told them.They will pick up the 9th of Jan and deliver the 10th.I have school going children,i am a single parent,i buy food daily,we sleep on clothes and 1 duvet cover. Today i phone they not taking my calls after they promise to deliver tomorrow. There contract cover them,if u delay them,no one covers my expenses.I would just like to have my money back.I already lost to much,from the 23th until date.If u cant provide a service dont be in a hurry to take peoples money.
