AVOID THE MINT ROSEBANK

Thought this would be a lovely experience, it was NOT. Since I've been having an AWFUL experience with Tshepiso Konaite, PAYMENTS THAT GO MISSING, she threatens my wife to make her life VERY difficult, I'm not sure how this establishment is being managed however this lady is extremely arrogant and rude, staying for OVER A YEAR, now suddenly since she's in charge there are BIG problems here, I will be going to the police with her threats, she has in the past tried to do the same thing when payments was A WEEK AHEAD. I get the feeling that money is being embezzled as she cannot explain herself AND THE DATES KEEP CHANGING. This is so embarrassing, and completely unprofessional!!!!! Housekeeping doesn't even come to our door, when they empty your garbage they throw it back into your room!!! I am utterly disgusted and shocked. SOMEONE NEEDS TO STEP IN HERE!!!
