Bad service

Booked for 1 night a 1 bedroom standard but we were allocated a bachelor with no towels😫..we couldn't even spend a night there, the place is dirty and badly kept. We had to take steps to the 3rd floor, on the way the steps and passage were dirty, the pots were dirty, the fan could barely stand on it's own.
