Worse customer service

I received the worse customer service from @mintclothingza I bought shoes from their Hout bay market branch 3weeks ago, there wasn't size 6 so they said I must pay and the shoes will be ordered from their factory. 2weeks later I went to fetch it and they said they have the shoes with them just waiting to be delivered. But initially the lady at their stall had no idea why the shoe wasn't there and she couldn't get hold of her bosses. So I requested a refund then but was refused as they said I will get the shoes with the next 3days. Till this day I haven't received the shoes or the money. Now they say there's no size 6 yet I was told the shoes are on the way. I've never received such unapologetic bad service ever.
