We recently admitted my 75 year old aunt first for 28 day program, we extended it to 3 months. All money paid up front. My aunt fell and it became transparent that she required frail care. We removed her from Minnesota a house as it is our legal requirement and we were not able to be refunded for the 2 months not used.
