WORSE SERVICE AND SO RUDE!

Worse service ever received at Minit Print Centurion!!! I used to make use of there services quite often, for big tender documents, printing business cards, stationary for some of our company's corporate events etc. However, this was always done through the name of the company, however I was in charge of it. Today I walked into their store, with 7 booklets (10 A4-pages that needed to be made into a booklet). I requested that the pages just be folded in the middle and stapled in the middle in order to make a booklet. The pages were already printed as we actually thought we have a stapler in the office that will be able to do this, however realized that it was not the case.... Got to the store, the lady that assisted me (whom worked at the reception desk - for a lack of better wording) was very friendly and advised that if I didn't mind she will give the stapler to me and I can quickly fold and staple it myself, with which I had no issue, she then said she just wanted to confirm with her manager if that would be fine, he sat in front of the store, she walked to him and asked him if I can use the stapler to staple and he said "No, if we don't print the documents she cannot use the stapler"..... i did not even have the decency to walk over to me and say it to me, she had to convey the message to me, regardless of the fact that I was standing right in front of him. MIGHT I ALSO ADD THAT I WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS TO BE FREE OF CHARGE, I WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO PAY FOR IT. Seems like if you are not a corporate client, you mean nothing to them.... DEFINITELY WILL NEVER USE THEM FOR ANYTHING IN THE FUTURE OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AGAIN.
