POOR SERVICE RECEIVED FROM MINING ROAD EXHIBITIONS PTY LTD

Our company was excited to join in a mining exhibition show in Steelpoort following a mail received from Mining Road Exhibitions Pty Ltd. We booked our stands by paying the required 50% deposit. In order to finalize the booking, we were required to pay the outstanding balance, which was done. Once all the monies were paid over, information and final arrangements were "extracted" with great difficulty. So now set for the exhibition and our overseas visitors set to join us, we were notified, three days before, that due to unrest in the area, the exhibition has moved to a next available date. We informed the Mining Road Exhibitions Pty Ltd that the new dates will not be suitable and we wish to cancel our booked stands. We have requested a refund for the exhibition as well as the accommodation penalties which we forfeited due to late cancellation, on 28th June 2017. We have been promised a refund now since 25th July 2017. Various excuses followed e.g. directors will be back in the office next week or refund will be by month end. Even after our final communication stating that legal action will be considered - STILL NO RESPONSE. We wish to warn all companies not to make use of their "services ". DO NOT ENROLL THE SERVICES OF MINING ROAD EXHIBITIONS PTY LTD. EXTREMELY POOR (NO) SERVICE!
