POOR SERVICES I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE

I completed the Blasting Assistant Skills Program (SP/CLA_GO17However, I've been frustrated with the service from College Safety and Training Solutions regarding certificate issuance. Despite repeated follow-ups, I've been told that MQA needs to issue the certificate, but after verifying with MQA, I found that the college had already sent the request for approval.

I'm urgently needing my certificate as my workplace is requesting it, and the delay is causing significant hold-ups. Could you please provide an update on the status and expedite the process if possible?
