DISGUSTING SERVICE!

I am absolutely mortified with the service my husband has received. He qualified through MQA on the 17th of July 2019. (one year ago). He has been struggling since then to obtain his certificate. He contacts regularly to follow up and sends emails but they just tell him that the certificate is not ready yet. For a year!!!!!! This is disgusting service as my husband paid a lot of money for the weeks he attended MQA.
