Worst Printing Service and Bad Attitude

I sent this man artwork 25mm x 40mm, to be printed on satin ribbon. My labels were wrongfully printed and then he blaims me for not being more \clear". I sent him a mail stating that I wasn't happy with the printing and that I will not be continuing reprinting the labels at a cost. <br> <br> He then sent me a snotty mail stating that I need to be clear about what I wanted and that he doesn't want to do business with me anyway"
