BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Hi I am so sad and disappointed about Minimore at bloed mall I was excited going there on Valentine's day to buy my mom a bag right I took a bag from the shelf and the price was R150.00 on the shelf talker but on the bag it was R200.00 I then asked the sale's person working with the bags to verify if it's R150.00 or not he scanned the bag and yes it was R150.00 he told me it was marked down I took it to the till point to pay when I get there ,there was a cashier and the female manager (the China lady )she said to the cashier the price it's wrong when tried to explain that it's scanning that price she insisted on changing the price back to R200 I had to leave the bag she ruined my valentine how can she argue and want to change the price that it's scanning I felt ****** and underestimated please attend to this
