Poor service, no response

I ordered a book, "Laramie" from Minimal Press on 8 November 2021, and arranged for payment. in the amount of R379, which included postage and delivery. When I did not her from them again, I wrote to them on November 30. They rep**** on December 4, that they were going to attend to the matter. Since then I have not heard from them again. I am wondering if it was all ****.
