Do not trust

Would give them 0. Ordered a book, was told I would receive a live tracking number. Followed up, but received no response. I then sent a follow up e-mail. Did research and found bad reviews. I received feedback this morning saying the publishers house burnt down and all tracking slips (tracking live?!?) had been lost in the fire. Sounds like a ****.
