Loyal customer for nearly 9 consecutive years
I have serviced my vehicle at MINI Bedfordview for almost 9 consecutive years. Given my long-standing loyalty and my current unemployment, I expected a premium brand to show some flexibility and care. Instead, management offered a 5% discount on a major repair (+-/ R900). Furthermore, 3 other vehicles had the same issue, so this could be some kind of defect. Dealerships have massive margins on out-of-motorplan vehicles, and capping a 9-year customer at 5% shows they do not care about customer retention at all. I authorized the work because I desperately need my car, but this discount was quite pathetic. I also emailed customer service twice and have still not received a response. I will never buy another Mini or BMW
