Shocking shocking service

Shocking shocking service, total disregard for the customer. I brought my car in for a service. They scratched my car mirror. No one apologized, I had to be them to fix a scratch that they made. They then did not prioritize it and I am left without a car for 5 days at my own expense even though they scratched my car.
