Puppy breed ****ers

Beware! Beware! BEWARE!!!! These are ****ers. We tried to purchase a teacup pomeranian. Firstly, their pictures are from the Internet. On inquiry about the puppy they tell you they are Kusa registered and when you ask to call them they say they're experiencing bad signal. They sent over their banking details and we had to pay them 70% of the price to book the dog. Once we confirmed payment they blocked us. We have tried to contact them multiple times, each time they either blocked us, told us to stop disturbing them and would ignore us. When we asked for their Kusa registration certificate they immediately blocked us. When we contact Kusa they informed us that they are in fact ****ers. Please please please don't fall a victim to these scarmers. Will be taking legal actions against them.
